The support team helps out with community questions, rulebreaks and monitors the overall gameplay in the game. Trial members of the support team have access to administrative tools, while approved supporters do get Game Master permissions to review situations directly ingame.
Being in the support team is unrelated to your role in-game. Everybody can be part of it and help out making the community a bit better everyday. The usual job of a support team member is:
Answering questions
These questions are usually either in relation to our rules, the factions, our Discord or other parts of the server
Dealing with player reports
If a player has reported somebody else for a rulebreak, the supporter is the person in charge to make a decision on said rulebreak
Compensation requests
If a bug has happened ingame, somebody desynced or froze and the player lost something, the team is responsible for getting the players their stuff back
Game Master Monitoring
Flying through the world and helping people with live-problems such as being stuck in cars. Support Staff is the first in line to help out players
