- Director – State-appointed administrative leader.
- Chief – Oversees and leads the entire EMS organization.
- Deputy Chief – Assists in leading and managing EMS operations.
- Captain – Leads a district or large team and is capable of training across all categories.
- Lieutenant – Expert in specific topics and responsible for targeted training.
- Paramedic – Skilled in working with civilians, handling high-stress situations, and managing small teams.
- Advanced EMT – More experienced and knowledgeable than an EMT, with enhanced field skills.

Districts
