The Lakeside Valley Sheriffs Office is the executive branch of Lakeside and in charge of providing security and enforcing the law in Lakeside Valley and is one of the factions.
Their headquarter is is in the northern part of Lakeside. They do have a secondary station in Los Diablos. Lakeside Airport houses the departments training grounds, as the uneven terrain of the county makes it hard to find a big enough space to house training facilities.
Current Sheriff is Rick Shipp.
The Sheriffs Office has an ongoing application cycle. Once accepted, you are required to uphold certain standards and follow procedures as a whitelisted faction member.

- The main department of the LVSO. Every deputy joining will go through extensive training and learn the basics of civilian encounter.
Sheriff Emergency Response Team (SERT)
- A specialized unit of highly trained deputies who are able to respond to the most volatile situations.
Field Training Office (FTO)
- The training department of the LVSO. They are responsible for making sure new deputies are well equipped for their future career and also assign specialized trainings
Criminal Investigation Division (CID)
- The CID is still in development and currently houses the Internal Affairs division.
Complaints
The office runs their own Internal Affairs department which is unrelated to other units. Misconduct or unfair treatment can be reported and will be handled by internal investigations.
