Borat´s House

Owning a home in Lakeside Valley is one of the best ways to establish yourself in the community. Houses provide security, storage, and a place to call your own — but only if you can afford to keep up with the taxes.

Purchasing a House

  • For Sale Signs – Houses available for purchase will display a For Sale sign outside.
  • Buying Process – To purchase, simply enter the house and interact with the key hooks near the door. Once bought, the property becomes yours until sold or lost to unpaid taxes.
  • Exclusive Ownership – Once purchased, no other players can access your house unless you sell it or lose it.

House Types

There are multiple types of houses scattered across the map, from small starter homes to larger properties. Different houses may offer more storage space or room for upgrades. A few examples are displayed throughout this page to showcase variety.

House Upgrades

After purchasing your property, you gain access to a range of upgrades:

  • Storage – Safely store items and gear.
  • Vehicle Access – Pull out personal vehicles directly from your property.
  • Customization – Purchase furniture and functional assets (crafting tables, sewing tables, etc.) at the Furniture Store in Lakeside to personalize your home.

Taxes & Ownership

Home ownership comes with responsibility:

  • Taxes – Properties require regular tax payments. Failure to pay will result in losing the house.
  • Selling – If you no longer need your property, you may sell it back.

Your home is your safe haven, but only as long as you take care of it.
